A warm welcome to the new academic year! Whether you're returning after the summer or joining us for the first time, we're thrilled to have you as part of our vibrant academic community. I’m delighted to tell you that in 2024 once again our students have rated us amongst the highest in the country in national surveys.
This year is filled with exciting opportunities for growth and discovery. You will learn from some of the country's top lecturers, delve into subjects you're passionate about, and build friendships that can last a lifetime. Embrace every moment, challenge yourself, and make the most of all the experiences that studying with us offers.
Get involved! Join the student associations’ clubs and societies, volunteer in the local community, and utilize our many resources, including the fantastic careers service. Remember, it's okay to face challenges along the way; one of our greatest strengths is the comprehensive support we offer our students. If you ever need help, don't hesitate to reach out to student services - they're here to assist you at every step.
Our website is packed with valuable information about the support available, and don't forget to regularly check your student email for important updates throughout the year.
